Paper Title - Development of Heat Transfer Analysis Platform For Led Based Indoor Lighting Module


Abstract
There are many LED (Light Emitting Diode) products, such as LED bulb, LED lamp, Tube style LED, LED plat panel, LED products for indoor and outdoor and so on. In this research, heat transfer analysis platform was developed for various LED indoor products with high CRI (Color Rendering Index) above 95. First, LED products designed with CAD software and then heat transfer simulation implemented to find a best conductive material for LED products. After finding an optimal material, some of the LED products prototype made in real products. Finally, Heat transfer test performed with LED product prototypes and then compared with a heat transfer simulation results. The results showed that there is no significant difference between heat transfer simulation and heat transfer simulation and heat transfer test with prototype.
