Paper Title
Investigation of Combined Windings of an Asynchronous Electric Motorand a Current Generator Based on it With Excitation from Permanent Magnets
Abstract
The article analyzes the experimental data of bench tests for an asynchronous motor with combined and standard
windings of the dependence of соsφ and power consumption depending on the load (torque on the motor shaft) and the
dependence of the output voltage of a current generator with combined winding and standard at idle and under load of 3 and
5 kW depending on the speed of rotation of the drive with the purpose of testing the effectiveness of combined circuits of
windings of an asynchronous motor and a current generator with excitation from permanent magnets.According to studies,
asynchronous motors with combined windings consume up to 10% less power at rated load and up to 30% less power at idle
than factory motors with a standard winding. The experiments also revealed an 11% improvement in energy efficiency
compared to the normal winding at the generator's rated speed and a 17% improvement with a 70% increase in drive speed
for the current generator based on an asynchronous motor with a combined winding and excitation from permanent magnets.
