Globalizing Electrical Engineering Education With S.M.I.L.E-Mobile

Abstract
This paper shows the latest advances in the development of the web-based, interactive, and platform-independent courseware S.m.i.L.E for electrical engineering education.The presented new version of S.m.i.L.E not only runs on PC and mobile systems with different operating systems but also has the ability to support several languages.
